This month we both have been to a few concerts and it isn't over yet because... tonight we are going to The XX! We are so exited! The support act is the Canadian electronic music band Austra.

Here is a short review of all the concerts we've been to:

Purity Ring

Last Wednesday we went to Purity Ring's concert in Brussels. It took place in a small room with a small stage, so we only were a meter away from them. The support act was Doldrums; their music is so great. Even more amazing was Purity Ring afterwards. The music, the decor, the way she moves on stage, the instruments,... everything! Afterwards we could have a little chat with Megan James (the singer) and really, she seems like such a nice person.

I (Charlotte) also bought their CD.

This week has been so amazingly surreal  I (Geraldine) now have got that kinda empty feeling. I don't know if you know what I mean, but whatever.

Concerts

This week is going to be so perfect! Tonight we are going to Purity Ring's concert. The support act is Doldrums. We look forward to dance on the dreamy music, to 'escape' and just to see these bands live. 

And Thursday ...  Ellie Goulding is going to play in Geraldine's living room!!! A radio station organized a competition to win this concert and guess what, Geraldine and her sister won it! How crazy/ amazing/ incredibly/ insane is that! We still can't believe it. She will give a private concert for only 20 people in Geraldine's living room!

Trick or Treat

A few days ago, we slept over at a friend's house. As it was Halloween, we were all dressed up in scary figures. After some drinks, we rang at different houses and sang songs. We collected, to our biggest surprise, many sweets. When it became too cold outside, we went back home for a delicious meal and dessert. Afterwards we went out. It was a wonderful Halloween!

Hi guys! We wish you all a very happy halloween evening. Tonight we are going to have dinner with our friends, watch movies and go out.

My sister and I (Geraldine) are going to dress up as A from Pretty Little Liars tonight. If you've seen the last (freaaaaky) episode you will certainly recognize us! More pictures of our halloween night following!

Chanel Cake

So, we managed to make the cake for our school assignment! We had to choose a design object and write an essay about it. We took the Chanel Handbag 2.55 and made this cake as a creative end of our essay. For those who want the recipe: The fashion Folio - DIY: Chanel 2.55 Cake
We are very happy with the result; it is delicious!

Glastonbury

Hiiiiii! This weekend we and 6 other friends ordered our tickets for Glastonbury 2013. We are so EX-CI-TED!!! Still nine moths to go before we will be walking on the holy grass (or mud) of the festival site though. In the meantime we're just watching videos and pictures of previous editions and dreaming about summer.

There are some rumours that Florence & The Machine will play at Glastonbury 2013. We hope she will!
